- Navigate to the Account Details
- Click the Menu Icon in the upper right of the screen and select Negative/Positive Adjustment
- Enter the amount of the adjustment and click enter
- Verify the adjustment amount, enter a note describing the reason for the adjustment and click "Adjust"
