How do I make an adjustment to a Charge Account

  1. Navigate to the Account Details
  2. Click the Menu Icon in the upper right of the screen and select Negative/Positive Adjustment
  3. Enter the amount of the adjustment and click enter
  4. Verify the adjustment amount, enter a note describing the reason for the adjustment and click "Adjust"
